Billy Joel Signed "Glass Houses" LP Autograph

The album "Glass Houses" signed by Billy Joel in blue Sharpie pen. The signature was obtained by veteran collector John Morgan at the Carlyle Hotel in New York. The cover shows some signs of wear, but is in overall very good shape. The vinyl record shows minor scratching.
